I-beam building team drawing

This 11x14 drawing is of a team integral in constructing the 432 Park Ave NYC building in the background (actual location and size--it's the tallest residential building in this hemisphere). The team was likely involved with formworks since their drawing was commissioned by the formworks company, Doka. But I'm not sure since I didn't ask! The drawing is based on a B&W photo of RCA-building workers taking a lunch break in 1932. I removed some workers on the left and on the right in the original photo, zoomed in a bit, added the team faces to the original bodies, and of course added 432 Park Ave building in the background. I used a Blackwing pencil which is 4B on Canson pure-white paper.
