I learned that there was some difficulty in posting the image, and I know that Marianne is seeking input as soon as possible, so I'm posting this image for her.
Marianne, if this isn't the correct image, or if you'd like to post another, let me know.

Hi Marianne!
Are you really working from such a tiny photograph? I find that incredibly difficult to do! I think you might want to also add some shading to the teeth as they recede back into the mouth.
Would it be possible to get an image of the reference photo posted?

Yes.. unfortunately have I no other photo
Hi Terri ,
yes.. Unfortunately I have no other photo.. And it does my work so much more difficult.. Borrowed a Duplicator and enlarge up photograph a little, so it is a little help, but colors is wrong( the Ink was almost end ) so I have to look on the small photo with magnifying glass.. Have taken a photo with my digital camera of the photo. The original photo is only 4 * 5 cm so its difficult to get it sharp.
The Painting you see on the forum, It has only two layers on.. and I think 2-3 layer is still to come, before its finished.
With friendly greetings ,
Marianne Molgard

Hi, Marianne,
Having now seen a slightly larger version of your reference photograph, I might change some of my earlier advices a little, but rather than run through it again, I would suggest that you just look at those areas I mentioned as things that don't necessarily have to be changed, but just areas that you might have another look at to make sure they are the way you want them.
Again, most of my suggestions were for very small changes, so don't feel that you have to go in and repaint the portrait. Only a few adjustments are suggested.
Cheers

The finished painting
Hi, have finished the painting. What do you think?
Have worked with the eyes and glasses, think I got it.
The photo of the portrait is a bit (much) too yellow. It's not showing the right skin color.
And tried to smooth the darkens next to the ear and neck on the right.
Have painted all three portraits, and did different backgrounds.
Best
Marianne
