Hello everyone,

My name is Chuck Yokota. I have been drawing as a hobby for 40+ years, with a special interest in portraits. I don't have any formal art training; I like to say that my training was "20 years doodling during business meetings." I recently took up oil painting, and find I really like it. I am seriously interested in being a professional portrait artist. I am attaching my first painting.

This is a wonderful site, and I have already learned much from all of you. I look forward to getting to know you better.
