Hi Eileen,
Very sweet and summery portrait -- I like this a lot!

Some areas you might want to check:
1) The kerchief in her hair, where it comes down near her ear and towards the back should maybe be more in shadow
2) Where her collar bones come together at the base of her neck, there's usually more of a little hollow there?
3)Consider tidying up the neckline of her top, where it droops a bit at the right?

Lastly, you've got a soft focus on her face, which has it's own kind of charm... and may be the feel you are going for -- if so, disregard this next thought! you might consider deepening the shadows a touch just where her hair meets her face at the side (especially at/under the jawline?) and maybe at the corners/creases of her eyes & mouth to bring her features just a little more into focus?
