Just finished this of my daughter. I would like to know what you think. Is this professional looking enough? I'm always concerned that my work look professional.

Hi Devin,

I think the drawings are great! However, I would have moved the bottom portrait a bit to the right...to balance it better on the bottom. Other than that, it is very professional work! Looks good, and cute little girl!

Thanks, I agree with your assesment on the composition and the cuteness of the little girl.

I'm pretty fond of her myself.

Devin,

I really like your drawing quality! I also would have mentioned about moving the faces closer together. Another thing is the signature. It may be better to move it closer to the figures. At this point it may stand out a bit, and distract from the flow of the piece.

I especially like the face that is to the viewer's right. It is a beautiful pose! And the flesh tones seem richer and warmer in that one.

Carolyn,

Thanks, I agree I should have put the 3 closer together and my name does stand out a little too much. Lucky this is for myself and not a client.

I've liked the work you have posted, you are farther along than I was at your age. Keep up the good work.

Devin
