Study of Ingres painting 2

Hello, everybody. This is another painting that I study from Ingres. I used colour pencil on A4 paper.

Beautifully done, Pong! I hope you keep on drawing and do a few of your own from life.

Thanks for your laudation, but I still like old master painting, so I will try to do my style later.

What is the size?

Pong, I enjoy your work. How big is this picture and how long did it take to complete?

Thanks,
Tammy

Tammy Nielsen and Khaimraj Seepersad, thanks for your opinion.

This painting is A4 size and I painted it in about 12 hours. I am so lazy, I haven't done the background.

Lam,

This is a very well done copy. Though I enjoy color pencil, it is tedious work. I gave it up for oils and have not gone back yet. I do like the way it looks if well done.

What are you studying?

Beautiful job! But I'd love to see you include the background in order to make a whole "picture" and not just an isolated figure.

Karin Wells and Virginia Branch, thank you for your comments. I am studying in oil now, but sometimes I also do a pencil work. I am really lazy because when I start the new painting then I will stop the old one.
