Joe, these are a lot of fun to look at! I checked out your picasa album too. Your lines are extremely confident and well placed right from the get-go.

One thing I LOVE about those 20-minute poses is that there's no time to second-guess yourself, as you said. Usually I just do value and line studies in our open studio sessions that have shorter poses, but now I'm curious about gouache.

Thanks for the inspiration!
