Congratulations, Garth! That i such good news! Three is indeed impressive. They are three beautiful examples of your work.

A year ago I would not have believed it possible that you could get more mileage out of Apotheoun! Not that it isn't a unique and beautifully executed work, but I just didn't think it was possible. You have proved me wrong. And meanwhile, Lesser Apotheoun, which was purchased by the Pennsylviania Academy of Fine Arts, is being hung permanently today! (I just thought I would add that little tdbit, though I hope you provide a more detailed account with photos in a separate thread.)

Oh thanks, Alex!

I honestly did not believe Apotheoun could get any more mileage either; so I've been proven wrong too!

I'll get off topic to comment on Lesser Apotheoun , but to be precise, it is the Fellowship of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts which purchased this painting. I am going to hang it today along with the rest of the Fellowship's collection, at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts . If that is not confusing enough, the Fellowship is a separate alumni organization founded in 1897, but recently invited by the Academy to share its collection permanently on display. I'll keep you all posted in a new thread!

Garth
