Forgive me if the subject had been approached before and if you could, link me to the posts, but I am of a mind to offer a service for service trade out.

I have always thought that ANY wall on which I hang is good advertising and I am in serious need of legal services. I fear lawyers. I have heard too many horror stories of time management problems and because of two situations 1) a real need for their services and 2) a lot of encouragement to PITCH the idea from a friend of the gentlemen in question, I want to try.

I want to meet and retain them and offer a lobby portrait in exchange for all their legal time. I hear attorneys are the best and worst at this sort of thing (as I am still looking for a DENTIST with a desire to implant a tooth!)

I would love it if any of you would share any experience, either of being approached for this sort of service OR offering it when payment is being discussed.

Loaded with talent and very slim on funds, I would love to be hanging out of state with a new set of eyes to see my work.

(EDIT: As much as the fear of the situation should make me happy, it has been resolved with out the need of an attorney. I REALLY wanted to do this... so lets keep trying... but think DENTISTS!!)
