Allan, I am still learning about softening edges.Thanks for your tips on what to look at.
It is a continual learning process, doing portraiture, isn't it? I've learned something about eye structure from this piece, as well as being reminded about looking, measuring, checking. I never feel I see everything there is to see.
Maybe I should have put this in the " Works in Process" section..... because I will be working on it more.

There is something wrong with me. Well, there's a lot wrong with me but this time I say that because I neglected to comment on this stunning portrait. At least I couldn't find a comment.
