Changes and new features to main site

I've been intensely working on some changes to the site and uploaded them about two days ago:

Menu Structure - The menu structure has changed to overcome the known problem that some people do not notice the dropdown menu on the upper right with all the galleries. The menu structure is based on a concept used by the Met on their site. The old dropdown menu still remains for those that prefer that method.

Gallery Changes - Split apart Men Informal into two categories - Men Informal remains and the new one is Men Suits for private commissions where the man in in a suit. Same for Women Informal. Any people in suits that were official portraits, will be in the Official Portraits section.

Split professional sports portraits from portraits of kids holding a football, etc. Professional sports portraits are now found under Official Portraits. Sports, Non-professional is under Private Portraits.

Replaced many images in galleries with more quality images or switched to a more recent applicable portrait - also of better quality.

In the Media - Added a page featuring media mentions of SOG

Artist Self-portraits - Added gallery page for artist self-portraits. It's under For the Portrait Artist since I felt this would be of more interest to artists.

Bookstore - Eliminated some books no longer offered and added new ones. Split Photography section into Photograhy-People and Photography-Artwork.

If you've never been to the Bookstore, there is also a page called Portrait Artist Favorites that you might find interesting. Another is Our Artists where books written by our artists or that feature there work are featured.

Portrait Assistance - Added a menu item and form for those who don't have the time or inclination to search for the right artist on their own. Ive long felt that some potential clients might be lost because of the factors mentioned.

Resource & Biz Center - Added Art Councils page and split associations into several pages based on focus and changed name to Societies.

Generally updated some links including some on My Favorite Links page. If you've not been to that section of the site, it's worth a visit.

There is a dropdown menu in the upper right for all the sections. Eventually I'll convert that section to the new menu structure also. Contributions to any of the resource sections would be most welcome.

Web Design Services - Page that features other web design I've done besides SOG for anyone who might be interested.

Yes, indeed! Just too bad that at the end of it I encountered this corruption problem that I'm now having to deal with on my main computer.

By the way, the last link in the Resources section dropdown menu is for Travel. I have an association with Expedia and Travelocity and I think if anyone uses my search function on that page and books a flight, I get something like a $1. Hah! But, every litlte bit counts. Hint, hint.
