One more thought ...

The question that is being asked above is -- how far can a fly travel in a 2500th of a second, while traveling at high speed? The answer -- not very far.

A more relevant question might be -- how far can the edge of a young child's face travel in a 60th of a second. The answer -- not very far, yet, far enough to blur an image and make it unusable.
