What great fun to paint from life! I have never done it. Nice job! It must be a rush.

My thoughts would be regarding the eyes - perhaps they are a bit small, and perhaps they are too far apart (going by the old rule - one eye length apart between the tear ducts.) This is a common tendancy when the head is turned 3/4 away like this. Perhaps that is why you seem to struggle with them. The highlights just tend to emphasize the small problem, which may not even be a problem.

At any rate, I don't know how painting from life is. I would like to try it. I would probably never be able to post an oil I did from life at this time!
