Here are a couple of shots I took the other day. These were taken a couple of minutes apart and I post them both to show the difference in effect you can get with just the turn of the body and slight movement in relation to the light.

The sun was very low coming almost horizontal from my back.

To my taste the first does not offer much interest beyond being a nice photograph. The second, although some might consider the light harsh and angular, I kinda like it.
