Thanks to all of you for your acknowledgements. Your comments are an encouragement to me, particularly coming from those whose work I respect and admire.

I was told prior to beginning the painting that the two have a very close relationship with each other. This pose was one of the first poses during the photo shoot. They just gravitated toward each other. I was fortunate to capture that moment. There facial expressions were so natural.
