Hi Josef! This is really cool. You can really feel the tension in his pose.

I think when doing small paintings like this one, the value composition is very important so you can draw people in from across the room. Right now those two dark slivers on either side are the only thing that would stick out from a far distance. Maybe think about the background or pants?
