David Draime's first place portfolio award recognition
 

I just want to express congratulations to David Draime who won first place in the portfolio competition at the PSOA conference here in Philadelphia. It was spectacular; a beautiful presentation of his unparalleled fine pastel portraits. While I thought there were over twenty strong contenders, I predicted he would win, and he did not believe me. David is rather modest and self effacing regarding his tremendous talent. There were four names singled out and David's was first, and not in alphabetical order. Well deserved, David! I hope this catapults you on to additional recognitions.
