Gracious, is this your finished painting or your reference photo!? Just teasing - it is absolutely perfect. Stare at it long enough, and the patterns do make one dizzy I dare say...

Wonderfully done Tom!

I really like the composition, as has already been mentioned it's nice to see a corporate portrait rendered with the subject out from behind the desk. This painting still maintains that dignified "corporate" feel to it at the same time.

Thanks again, guys.

Marvin--I'd rather paint you than take the heat as a cabinet member...painting a Presidential portrait would have better resume value than being Secretary of Whatsis, and more fun! Though in the face of what you've just posted, I'd be pretty darn intimidated to do it. (Thanks again for the gift of your teaching.)
