Tastes

Aldo, you may have noticed there are many differences in tastes between us'ins and you'ins. I was looking over that portrait site you listed from England and it leaves me to wonder why so many Brits try to paint like Fairfield Porter-a Yank I seem to recall.

And let's not get started on food. These are taste differences. I tend to agree that there are enough little girls in formal dresses and blue suited exec's leaning on bookcases to last us a lifetime. But these things self-perpetuate. There are enough books too... let's just read what we have before printing any more!
