There is a framing section in my resoures section of the site. There are several New York framers there. Munn is very good but I think they only sell wholesale and you'd have to order for them. The House of Heydenryk is a place John Sanden uses. In fact, I think they named a frame for him. Eli Wilner & Company and Julius Lowy Frame & Restoring and both good choices. All are listed on my Framers page.
