Julie, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who has had problems with JFM, although they do carry very nice frames at even nicer prices.
I have received a couple flawed and damaged frames from the few that I've ordered from them.
But to their credit, they did replaced a fairly large frame (30x40) that had some damage at no cost, and didn't ask me to ship the damaged one back to them.
But since I've been slightly disappointed with JFM, I've done some searching on the web for other wholesalers, but have had not luck. Chris mentioned Abend(NICE frames, btw), does anyone have other wholesalers that they use?
