I looked at this, too. The $600 is a starting bid with 3+ days to go. It may not be the purchase price. Also, the seller doesn't state what shipping costs would be. If you are considering it, you may want to contact the seller directly and get a shipping quote. The Sorg easel, on the other hand, includes shipping in the price of $550.
That said, if the Hughes is the easel you want, the (potential) price is fantastic. There may not be a lot of bids on such an item. You can tell e-bay what your top bid would be and then cross your fingers.
