This is the second time I've been hired to use the same reference photo to draw president Reagan. This time I not only reconstructed his hat brim which was cut off in the reference photo, but I also added his shirt which was cut off. This 20x24 drawing of Reagan was commissioned by customer who requested the paper be horizontal, so to balance the final drawing I also added a background. I drew it with a Blackwing pencil which is 4B on Canson pure-white paper.
