The purpose of "Creativity Issues"

Many of us have had problems staying motivated, in one sense or another. From time to time on the Forum, artists have posted terrific ideas about how they go about getting their work done. Most of these gems end up in the Cafe, but it may prove helpful to many of us to have a separate topic which relates to motivation issues.

Personally, I feel that figurative and portrait painters are particularly subject to discouragement because there's so little margin for error in painting human beings. When you add the stress of trying to please a client, the project can quickly become daunting.

I hope to start new topics in this section within the next couple of days. In the meantime, please feel free to start one of your own, especially if you have something to share with us.
