This is a portrait I painted of a model from my Monday group. She is just married and was thrilled to pose in her bridal gown. There were alot of changes going on in her life and when she relaxed you could see the tension in her face. The portrait measures 24" x 36" and was painted in about 15 hours. (5 weeks-three hour sessions) I had alot of fun painting the white gown but trying to get the folds back in place after each break was a real challenge. Vianna Szabo
