My First Paying Portrait!
I just finished my first paying portrait. It is 16 x 24 in watercolor. It is an exciting feeling to actually get paid for a painting.

Congratulations, Robert! I agree with David - this will be the first of many. I love the restrained color harmony in this painting and the intensity of the musician's expression.

Resonance!
Robert,
Congratulations! Your client is getting a wonderful painting. It's poetically packed with energy that's intense yet so cleanly executed. I love it! May this be the first of many to follow.
