Unison pastels painting

Hi , I enjoyed doing this one with a new set of Unison portrait pastels
Their texture is lovely and rich. Sansfix paper.

Another nice one, Margaret. I like the way the skin looks like one continuous surface in the face. My favourite part, though, is the gestural left-hand bottom corner.

Thanks, Thomasin, it's liberating to try different styles, I definitely like going looser.
If you ever try pastels again, I would definitely recommend Unison, perhaps with Kitty Wallis paper.
