Hello,

Recently, I took photos of this character (a good friend). He dyes his beard and hair white during the Christmas season and plays a very convincing Santa all over southern WI. This is his normal look though.

I intend to put him on a rustic bench, with rocks and pines in the background. I've taken many close-ups of hands, face, and other details. What do you think? I've also taken photos without the glasses so I can see his facial features better.

I like this one too, but it has a totally different feel to it, more figurative than portrait.

I couldn't see my post till after I submitted, and for some reason it's much darker than in my I-Photo program. We had a big crash last night and still haven't found all the new settings that were added to the program. Initially I thought that I lost all my pictures, (they are backed up on disc) but they magically showed up again. I'll have to fuss some more with it and repost when it works right again.
