Oil 16x24"

This is finished, the clients are happy, but I'd like a critique anyway for future reference.

Tha major problem with this one as I see it is the hair on the forehead. The client wanted more than what was on the photo since it has grown since then - she was pretty insistant.

It is actually a lot softer than it looks on my monitor here.

I need to rework this image - the contrast is too high or something.

Kim - very nice!

I think her right hand is a little hard to 'read' - but then it was in the reference photo, too. Otherwise, you've really captured her likeness, and the finishing touches -- the little bracelet, the pink bow -- are just charming! I like how you simplified the bracelet and the way you subtly turned up the corners of her mouth to give her a more pleasant expression - but it still looks like her.
