Sarah
It has been so long since I have posted anything so I thought I might come out of the dark and share one. This is Sarah 24x48" on linen.

Hmm, she looks so blurry. I am so technically challenged! If I can figure out the problem I'll put a better image up.

Mary, it would be great if you could also post a closeup of her head.

HA! I now remember why I quit posting images, I knew I'd regret trying this. I cropped in on the above image and she looks really yellow, so I went and looked on my sons monitor and she looks really pink. For all I know she looks purple to you!

Mary, it's nice to see you again. This is starting to feel like a reunion of SOG members!
What a cute girl! It's nice to see your work again. Don't fret about the colors, apparently a lot of tweaking goes into uploading images and even with that the results seem to vary from monitor to monitor. Haven't gotten a handle on that one yet, so I can't help you there., but she looks nice to me.

Great pose and expression, Mary! I agree with Allan that you have caught her spirit and determination. The color looks fine to me, too. I think the key is not to worry too much over the color which will never be exactly the way you want it. Thanks for posting the closeup. It's good to see the brush marks.
