Thanks everyone for your input... Here's updated version taking into account feedback.

The 'fade' feature (where the image gradually converts to the next) really only works in IE so depending on the browser you're using transitions might be more gradual or more abrupt... guess I'm wondering if people have a preference? Should I turn the fade off in IE?
