Beautiful Hair!!
I absolutely love the way you've rendered her hair to look soft and shiny. And the dress is incredible, too. Well done!!
Technically, it seems to me that the angle of her nose does not quite match the angle of her eyes. It's a small thing, and perhaps I am wrong. As for the shadows on her neck... well, firstly neck muscles don't curve like that. If the shape is due to the shadow from her hair, I'd rework the shadow so that the form of the muscle is not compromised.
