Lon is right, it is a lovely painting that will be exceptional with a little tweaks here and there. I thought the values of light needs a little adjustment - a little more light on the forehead than the rest of the face because i reckoned the light's coming from the top.
And i found the trees peeking out of the little windows a little too fresh, distracting the focus away from the little girl. A little wash of cobalt blue with a tinge of yellow ochre over the little windows might do the trick.
