Thanks, Kim! Ok, when you first said the little boxes are x'ed out, I really didn't know what you meant. Now it sounds like you're talking about the missing image icon, which has a red x in it. The images are there. Again, no one else has reported experiencing this problem, so I'm thinking it's something unique to your computer.
