I like the movement of the hair and the looseness of your brush strokes. One thing that I noticed is the gaze. The eyes do not seem to be looking in the same direction. Cover each eye and see if you agree with me. Also, not being able to see the model I may be wrong, but her lower jaw seems a bit forward like she has an underbite. I hope this helps.
