I assume this is your first post so I'll begin by saying "Welcome"! I can speak from experience that critiques from the many experienced and talented artists on this Forum has been of great benefit to me and I'm sure you will discover the same.
As for your painting, I think there are several areas that have opportunities for improvement, of which I'll just mention a few to get you started.
First, there appears to be a bit too much of her left nostril showing which gives the indication that it is on the same plane as her right and causes the nose to read "flat". By decreasing the size and graying or neutralizing the color it should give the indication of that side of the nose receding.
My personal preference would be to add a few more dark tones in areas, particularly on her clothing to create more depth. I think it would also be of benefit to have the right side of her face receive direct lighting and darken her left side. Maybe you could take another photo with direct lighting. This would help represent the left side of her face as receding.
Nice job on the drawing of her hands, by the way.
