life (mostly) studies
 

These are 2 recent studies started from life, finished from photo. The first is Naomi after one 3 hour session, then Naomi completed after working in studio from photo. Then there is Ellen, finished, also after one session from life and then a little further work in studio. Both oil, 16 x 12. Comments and critiques welcome!

Thanks for sharing these, Cecilia. I love seeing the changes you made - instructive! The color choices with that blue and green with the red tones of the skin are rich and satisfying. I like your third one too, but the middle one is my favorite.
