I was a last minute substitute for the Mesa Art League on Tuesday and I started this pastel with watercolor under. From a photo I took on the beach last summer, I just developed it and was pleasantly surprised how it looked framed.
Nice to unwind and get my elbow working.

Deb beautiful! I would bring the chroma down in the lights of the sand just a touch for it is competing with the subject.
