Seattle area oil painting classes?
 

Does anyone have any information about night classes (or day, 2nd choice) teaching oil painting in Seattle or the Eastside. Portrait painting instruction is preferred, but right now I need the basics. Thanks.

I wanted to let you know that I am taking a class at Seattle Academy of Fine Art and am loving it. Being new in the area, I hadn't heard about this school. It is just what I've been looking for--a school that focuses on realism and actually teaches the fundamentals. I lived in San Francisco for years and there was no such school. In my class we are learning the techniques of the old masters. Very fun. Now I've got to figure a way to take more and more classes. Thank you so much for your recommendation.
