Stroke of Genius Dinner at PSOA event Apr 29
 

This announcement is buried in another thread, so I thought I'd move it to where it's more visible. A Stroke of Genius main site members and Forum members are invited to a Stroke of Genius dinner the evening of Friday, April 25 in the Market Street Bar & Grill in the same hotel as the event.

It is dutch and we will be offered a limited menu for $34, plus tax and beverages. The menu selection is as follows:

First Course

Baby Spinach Salad
grilled apples and cinnamon pecans tossed in apple thyme vinaigrette

or

Caesar Salad
served with parmesan crisps and foccacia croutons

Second Course

Basil Pesto Crusted Breast of Chicken
capellini pasta, sun-dried tomato and portobello bolognese

or

Coriander Cured Filet of Salmon
green tea infused jasmine rice, steamed carrots, broccoli rabe

or

Slow Roasted Prime Rib
garlic asparagus, white truffle mashed potatoes and red wine sauce

Third Course

Chocolate Crunch Bar
crunchy praline and wafer crust,
topped with a silky chocolate mousse
accompanied with raspberry coulis and whipped cream

or

Lemon Tart
fresh lemon juice curd with a crunchy almond topping

or

Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake
oreo crumb crust layered with cheesecake
and rich chocolate mousse
