Been a while

I have been working on developing my skills in stuff besides skin which has paid off by being accepted in a small fundraiser for our Desert Botanical Gardens (good place to find patrons, I hope) but I have noticed that the major departure is giving me a lot more confidence and wonder if it shows in this piece I recently demo'ed on the WetCanvas site. It is 16x12 on canvas on board. (No, her teeth are not pink. Odd color bias in the digital file, but most of the other colors are near enough!)

I almost missed this one, posted while I was away. This appears to have been done with a great deal of confidence. A bold close-up perspective. Nice job on the teeth.

 Wow!

I like it. Nothing shy about this lady and it shows in the portrait. Mike is right, great teeth. I like the impact of this portrait and you can tell it was done with confidence and skill. Whatever youre doing paid off. Great job.
