FT Professional means I am a full time professional portrait artist. You'll also see some people with PT which means part time.

Molly,

Your work is fabulous. There is nothing better than doing what you love as a profession.

Dear Molly,

Dear Molly,

Welcome! What a talent you have! I do remember your "Isaac" on the big screen at the PSOA conference and being justifiably moved by it. Hopefully (most likely) your actual work will be displayed this next time, in Dallas. I'd love to see it.

I just toured your website. It's terrific, and very thoughtfully designed. Actually it is tastefully understated, because it's your exemplary work that makes it sing, along with the rich links content of your top notch teachers, mentors and good friends. Of your friends I've known David Kassan too, and yes, it is an invigorating and enlightening experience to tour a museum like the Met with him. He's highly recommended.

And so are You!

Do participate here, you are a rare asset, from my perspective.

Best wishes for your continued success,

Garth

PS: And oh my goodness, what a talented, inspired Portrait Photographer you are! Simply breathtaking!

Garth, Thank you for your kind words. I am so pleased that people like my website. I bought the domain name two years ago, and have been designing it since then. I designed the whole site in Photoshop over those two years. Man! it is difficult making something beautiful, yet functional, and trying to figure out what pictures to use, what to write, how to say it, what is too much, what is too personal, what should the captions say, will people get annoyed if they have to scroll down, etc. etc. My "web guy" Connor took my design and swiftly converted it to both HTML and FLASH. He did such a good job and was so fast, and inexpensive! So, if any of you need a "web guy" let me know and I will get you in contact with him.

I would have loved to see "Isaac" on that big screen in Boston! You know, that made my year to have "Isaac" win that award. Not only is it one of my favorite portraits, but it is also my nephew.

I haven't much participated in this forum. I think it is quite intimidating. My problem is: I always have a view, a comment on everything, but it is scary to voice those over the Internet where (with communication being only text that could easily be misconstrued) I might highly likely look like a fool. Also, I tend to ramble. . . . I don

Don't be intimidated about posting here, Molly. The exceptional quality of your work gives your words instant credibility. And yes, rambling is definitely allowed, as you can see by many posts. A great number of the ones that ramble on the most are mine!

Molly,
Greetings and welcome from all the way over here. Just went through your website. You sure you
