That's remarkable for such a small piece. You might consider widening out the baby's right shoulder. The shoulders seem a bit constrained for the size of the head. Very appealing.

Can you just check the size and shape of the iris and the white in the eyes? The inner white area in his left eye seems too large to me. Otherwise it is a beautiful little portrait.
