Pyrrolo Red

Here's what I told Rob:

The color of this paint is really unique. It feels like I am dipping into ripe, sweet, hand-picked crushed strawberries. It's just beautiful.

PS Debra, Though I consider myself a generous person, I believe my nature might be truncated at $42 a tube. But I think it's worth every penny.

I know how you feel.

I got both reds. I will happily compare notes with you when I get the chance. I am just starting that new diet so I don't need to buy food.

As I posted over there, I got all giggly as I mixed the reds with white! They are just clear. No better word. I think the red is as red as I have ever seen and the subtle cool of the ruby is just everything you wish alizarin would be.

Did you get the flake white? I am going to have to read all about it. I tend to throw a lot of white from the tube so this may keep me from walking into things as they hang and dry and wearing it like dandruff on my shoulders.

Thanks for the testimonial. I think Rob has a really noble desire to make fine and elegant products that are just not out there in Arizona Art Supply.
Perhaps I should say, NOT YET. ;)
